• Lesson 2: Our ACS Identity — Write a 60-second explanation of ACS for a community partner.
• Lesson 3: Values in Practice — Develop five service standards for your team.
• Lesson 4: From Mission to Action — Draft three actions that express the ACS mission locally.

• Format: 4 guided lessons (45 minutes each), each with a teaching guide, a case study with short-answer questions and a multiple-choice knowledge check
